Yellow in color, slight haziness, and some effervescence in the glass. PnP and drank over two nights
Day 1: aromas of pear, honey, and wet wool with nectarine, honey, and minerality on the palate. Medium bodied with medium(+) acidity that was lively and danced around my mouth. Long finish with lingering mineralty.
Day 2: aromas of pear, apricot, honey, and wool with apricots, nectarine, honeysuckle, and minerality on the palate. Same lively acidity and long finish as day 1

PnP. No decant. Note is 1h after opening. Effervescent aromas of tart apples, unripe white peaches, herbs, flowers, wet wool and minerals. Palate was similar to aromas with some nice minerals on midpalate. Nice acids on medium bodied frame with some tingly effervescence. On D2, wet wool came out more and the texture turned more waxy. But the palate also seemed flatter and less complex than on D1. 90 + for day 1.

Last of my bottles (I drink them too young) and this is really firing now! Tons of floral layers mixed w slate on the nose, gorgeous body, makes the tongue happy, tingly tropical acid on the finish
