  Only 6 barrels produced. Subtle, somewhat "old fashioned" oak profile. Liked the acidity.

  Price point is high biut only 6 barrels/125 cases produced. Lime zest eureka lemon lactic. Brilliant mouthfeel and long finish. Med plus acid.

  Golden color. Lemon curd (mostly), white peach, almond paste on the nose and palate. Sharp, crisp acidity with creme brûlée cutting through mid palate. creamy finish. Got better as it warmed in the glass. Acquired taste, but straight down the middle for the style.
