Some noticeable development since I had this a couple of years ago. More obvious honey notes and sweetness that made the angularity less pronounced. A serious and vinous cider.

Just a touch of sweetness, enough to work with the fine bubbles to create an enveloping feel on its own. Worked great with a homemade Thai shrimp red curry.

The Kitchen Table, London 10yr Anniversary Event (The Kitchen Table, London): By the glass as part of the pairing for The Kitchen Table, London 10yr Anniversary Event. A very vinous, almost a wine just made of fruit and in that style down to the vintage bottlings. Can be a touch sweet at times but very pretty when well paired with food.

Still fresh at 3 years. Unmistakable pear aromas; fruity on the palate but dry and crisp; balanced. I love Bordelet's ciders.
