Plenty of acid and tannins to keep this one sailing on for a while. Palate is a bit woodsy, with dark berries and a dry minerality. This is elegant and rather nice, but not especially delicious or distinct.

Juicy red and black fruits, some CO2, grape stems. Light tannin and high acid, best with food. Very little complexity though, definitely not worth the $40ish I paid.

On the nose, savory herbs, leather, red fruit and flowers. Sweet and sour berries on the palate in a chestnut forest, vibrant acids over an earth-driven tannic base. A Cezanne-like palate of light and dark and blocky colors.

strong reductive natural funk blows off but keeps a foot in the game throughout. nose unleashes loads of sweet, ripe berries and a bit of underbrush. medium plus body, tingling acidity, and overall sensation of balance. dry and savory. mineral and darker berry profile on the palate. micro fine tannin. long finish. sure to age well.
