Nice grower Champagne if a bit on the tart side - one can probably not drive Pinot Blanc much further apart from one or two better growers - so this would have benefited with just a hint of dosage - it’s no date wine but still good

High acid, tart green apple and fizzy mousse. Some brioche on a medium finish. Very enjoyable and approachable to drink now, might develop more complex flavors with some age.

100% Pinot Blanc. Youthful, aromas of green apple, a little coffee and a little grapefruit (bitterness). Extremely high acidity. The wine develops very positively in the glass and after some time the wine's reductive notes luckily fade away and more distinct brioche aroma shows up. Ends as an excellent btl. Has the special flavour from Pinot Blanc which I also find in Cedric Bouchard's 100% Pinot Blanc Bolorée. Can drink now but I would keep it in the cellar for some years.
