quite a bit of bottle funk on opening. Much of it blew off but still too much Brett for my taste. Underneath, you have some pretty berry driven fruit punch flavors, but this was unfortunately not my best experience with Cotton.

Enjoyable Beaujuice! a little deeper garnet than a lot of these. Intense red fruit nose with hints of bubblegum, white pepper. Balanced palate with soft acidity and longish finish. Happy to have more. The Les Grilles is quickly becoming a favorite Gamay.

Outstanding CdB. This has a very focused balance of expressive tart red fruits, with elegant structure and a nice whiff of natural vinification on the nose. Blind I would put it between the natty focus of Guy Breton’s better cru wines with the extracted and floral overtones of high quality Fleurie and Julienas producers. Just lovely to drink.

Pretty awesome bojo. Red fruited and forward with mild pepper notes really rounding it out. Steely chalky finish. Great stuff.
