Stunning wine. Ripe, dark fruit, hints of blueberry and mild earth, tannins already softening so that with a little decanting time it's just a velvety, long finish. Can see this aging well for some time but lovely already.

This wine needs hours of decanting. Decanted for 2 hours. Then drank over 3 more. Still wasn't ready. A really good elegant wine though. Tons of fruit on the pallet. Cheers

Birthday wine, brought to Paradisea in La Jolla.
Decanted for an hour, back in bottle for 2 hours, decanted again at table. She was singing from the first sip, and still going strong at the last one.
For my palate, this is IT. Absolutely love this wine.
This has the stuffing to improve over the next several years so no rush to pop the corks.
98 with upside.

2 hour double decant. Just now entering its prime drinking window. Tannins still slightly grippy, plenty of primary notes.
