  • The wine was clear and pale yellow at the core. The bubbles were small and had medium viscosity.Alcohol was 5.5%
The aromas were of honey, lichee, pear, orange blossoms and apple. There was no yeasty smell and the intensity was low.
On the palate the wine was I tasted apple juice and it was bright, fresh, sweet and frizzy. I also tasted lichee, honey and a floral taste that reminded me of roses. The wine was medium bodied and the finish and acid were medium. It tickled my tongue.
