  Well, it needs time to open up,
  
  Varietal tasting from Coravin, with 2 other guys, one from Alto Adige Falkenstein 2015 and Hautes Cotes de Nuits from Michel Gros 2015 too... none stood there actually TBH
  
  This one seemed a little better with aeration
  
  Nose of reduction, popcorn and rubbery smoke ... palate is on the contrary quite interesting, bity, crunchy and vibrant... so quite there !
  
  See what it does week 2 with a better palate as this one ! Sick again :(((

  Super nice pinot noir. Bitter in all the three stages, slender and elegant. It should not be cold because then it looses its complexity. Dark fruits like prune and a bit of structural tanins. All very nicely balanced. I had it with chicken, which was also very nice.

  开瓶即饮，淡紫红色，闻香有培根，肉鲜，樱桃果香，粉笔灰和烟熏质感，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，颗粒十分细腻，酒液咸，收口微甜，湿石板的矿物感，一些泥土气息，草莓硬糖，车厘子混合着紫罗兰的香气，后段胡椒香料和辛辣感，还有些植物微苦，余味轻盈红果，细腻玫瑰花香。开瓶就展现出漂亮的集中度，huber标志性的咸和矿感，随着进一步的醒酒，略微更甜美一点，甜美而不失严肃，多了些奶油质感，香气和口感上变化不大。虽然只是酒庄入门级的黑皮诺，在复杂度上稍逊一筹，但已经有着超越很多别的德国酒庄更高等级黑皮诺的优雅与平衡，huber似乎已经掌握了做好德国黑皮诺的钥匙。
