Lime curd, graham cracker, Rainier cherry, aloe, and vanillin on the nose. Some whispers of citrus and underripe orchard fruit on the palate, but the flavors are not as prominent as I'd expect given the aromas. Medium in body, with a creamy texture complemented by crisp acidity. Easy drinking and delicious stuff.

Lemon curd and honeysuckle on the nose. Rich and broad on the palate from the lees ageing, but not over bearing. Great acidity. Very long finish. This will be great with some more bottle age to it.
ABV: 13% Closure: DIAM 10 Stem: Gabriel-Glas StandArt Tech Specs: Dijon clone 95. Picked September 9th and gently whole cluster pressed to barrel. Fermented in neutral French oak. 14 months on lees with occasional battonage. Racked to stainless steel for another 2 months before bottling. 74 cases produced Decant: N/A
