醒酒半小时，淡宝石红偏紫色，闻香是新鲜的奶油草莓，甜美的水果糖，一些香草和甜香料味，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口微甜，单宁颗粒非常细腻，喝上去倒不像闻起来这般甜，酒体偏轻，结构精巧，像喝一杯带着矿物感，果味十足的酸樱桃汁，口中是些许烟熏，培根，樱桃，覆盆子，石灰气息，后段一些辛辣感和植物微苦的清凉，余味是蔓越莓，覆盆子和细腻悠长的木质香气，担心的厚重果味糊一嘴的情况没有出现，酒在口中展现出不错的空间感，酸度活泼，果香跳跃，给2019这个年份带来难得的轻盈与优雅。
