Wow, definitely an old world style, like a Chablis. Citrus lemon, pear and salinity. Delicious acidity. Great wine, even on day two.

Clear light yellow. White smoke, lemon, pear, fresh rain, sea air and lemon grass. Delicious dry slightly creamy lemon flavours and a long dry finish.
This and the Roserock show what an incredible vintage 2019 was for Drouhin in Oregon.

My wine. At this tasting the first task for every bottle was taking a vote on Old world or New. This one was unanimously but wrongly voted Old, a testament to the style created and persisted with by owner Veronique Drouhin. Loved it at the winery and bought six, of which each bottle has been better than the last, with this one finally showing some Chablis-like secondary development. Outstanding.
