Such a wonderful wine that is perfectly balanced and has a nice deep dark fruit and fully integrated tannins. A wine that goes well with most anything, but especially good with a fine steak. So sad that this was our last bottle.

Well cellared. Drinking well. Fruit has faded a little to earthy flavors. Tobacco and a bit of leather, with notes of dark fruit. Good finish - not long but satisfying

A very pleasant bitter backbone to this wine. The nose is dusty and full of ripe blackberries. The fruit is still vibrant, and turns to a mix of red and black berries. The finish is long and plummy. Overall a very pleasant surprise found on cellar reorganization.

(Ty Caton Field Blend Red Caton Vineyard) Dark garnet red color; a little green, ripe cherry, Merlot, but odd, disjointed and hot (Syrah, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon)

Still drinking wonderfully and sad to only have one bottle left. Fruit has dwindled, but everything else is well integrated and tasting great.
