Probably the best Cave Hill I've had. Powerful and intoxicating nose of red fruit, spices hints of licorice and dried rose petals and cedar. The palate was lively with red and blue fruits, hints of vanilla, with nicely balanced acidity and fine tannins that led to a very long a flavorful finish.

Mineral notes come through more clearly. Similar cherry and white pepper as the Laureate, but smoother and with more chalk. Great stuff from a small and focused vineyard!
