Like Sour Patch Kids for adults. A bright beam of citric acidity perfectly offset by a gentle sweetness. Definitely on the drier end of Feinherb in my experience. Fantastic for $20.

Riesling Study 011 (Pizzeria Beddia): The first wine we opened. Shimmering and sweet, rounded and with enough focused acidity to keep from feeling flabby. Good length, and a nice pure riesling. A sensational value. Next on my list is to head-to-head compare this with Lauer Barrel X, I suspect you can't lose with that pair.

Shows great fruit, some herbal tones, and a lovely minerality, and although this is lithe and penetrating, there is a ripeness and richness that make the wine succulent and balanced, inlike some of the punishingly acidic and unbalanced dry "basic" rieslings out there. Lovely.

Really nice. The lighter side of Feinherb; barely perceptible sweetness, gossamer texture. Clean and pure. Great value.
