The complexity sneaks up on you, with initial notes of Bartlett pear, apricot, and cut flowers commingling. Hints of quince weave in, along with notes of crushed stone and almonds, all lingering on the medium-long finish.

Warm evening and a faboulus bottle of "La Bonnette" 2020 the condrieu from Domaine Rostaing run by Pierre. Light golden color with notes of ripe white peach and some honey with a very interesting acidity which comes afterwards. Excitingly some almond in this medium bodied wine. Good texture and every time a great enjoyment to be at the estate ( next time October).
Cheers !

Restrained and subtle but complete nose, wonderfully pure and true-to-type (apricot, white flowers, spicy minerality), fresh and harmonious palate, delicately fleshy, gentle bitters, quite warm finish with very good resonance and length.

White peaches, flowers, and apricots pop with ease. Aged in stainless steel tanks, the wine is fresh, finishing with more of those sweet ripe peaches with a touch of orange spice in the endnote. Drink from 2023-2026

Ripe and medium to full bodied without being cloying. Ripe pear and candied ginger. As classic a viognier as could be.
