  Rediculously good. Golden in color, aromas of chamomile tea, butter cream, lemon, apple, and some rock dust. Flavors match, but the wine has such a baeutiful progression, energetic in the mouth, but not punchy. This is a bigger wine than the Clos Electrique blanc, less crunchy and more svelt. Flavors are intense and integrate easily with each other- seamless. I get the feeling that this needs a 5+ years in the bottle, minimum- to really start to show. Nonetheless, outstanding wine.
