Day 1 - nose - a lot of blood orange, raspberry, a little fig, iron, and some overripe dusty dark cherry, with good intensity. Mouth confirms nose, with high acidity and medium but very dry unstructured tannin. A bit metallic finish like a hard water. Good complexity, a bit complicated/edgy at the same time. Not a heavy wine, but requires strong food - would work with greek orange loukaniko sausage, or Japanese minced beef cutlet. 89.
Day 2 - gorgeous nose with additional floral layer of violet. The mouth got even drier/harder. Overall the gap in the level of pleasure between the nose and mouth is increasing. With proper food pairing, the gap can be still bridged though. 88.

Very pale clear garnet. Very light taste. I would have expected something more robust with the Genache and Syrah and Mourvèdre.
