This still is "lively," which is relieving versus the 2005 we had in December 2014 in the tasting room, and was showing serious signs of age. Fortunately, the 2006 shows potentially another year or two for peak in my opinion. The grenache seems to be the main driver of tannins and needing softening to come to peak. This is similar to the 2006 TH Grenache in that sense.
