Toasted carmel and honey. They make about 4,000 bottles. Grenache Blanc, Roussane, Claiet -- about 25% each and a little bit of two other varieties. Soemtimes the year lowers the Roussane content in the wine. The Roussane and Clariet is in barrel. The rest is stainless. A light filtration and your good to go! The barrel is more for the texture not for the flavors.
Honey and a carmel with nuts. A lively interesting nose. Really quite goodstuff. For $45 it works.

Smells oxidized and bad. Hold or drink earlier.
