This continues to be one of the best values out there for me. Oyster shell and saline qualities, tension good acid. Just enjoyable to drink and something I’d never say no to opening.

This was a pop and pour at a restaurant. It showed at its best after about an hour open with lovely and balanced tones of pears, lemon meringue, vanilla bean, red apples, elderflower, nougat, baking spice, saline, and yellow florals. The Medium bodied feel is textured and shows off the balance of the nose along with crisp, medium+ acidity. There is a real mouthwatering quality to the acidity that leans into a fresh finish. This could likely benefit from a couple of years to fully come together. It has been a bit since I've had a Sandhi and this is extremely enjoyable at a great price.

Lovely balanced wine. Delicious flavors. Not over the top and at the same time not flimsy with some depth.

Friskt, väldigt lite ek. Gott till fisk med sandefjordsås.

Brought to my blind tasting group. The theme was Chardonnay.
Flint, wet pavement in the summer, white flowers, hint of butter. Lemon, white peach.
Fruit is a bit riper on the palate as it opens up - matches the notes on nose.
Med+ acid, medium body, med alc, med + finish.
Couple people called this Chablis from a good producer some others were in Sonoma coast.
