  6 oz. tequila
  8 oz. L'Origan cava
  8 oz. apple juice
  
  Directions:
  1. Pour the tequila into 4 shot glasses.
  2. Drink the tequila shots
  3. Mix the cava & juice in a pint glass.
  4. Pretend the mixture is a crappy hard cider while you drink it.

  For $6 paid I did quite well. This quite serious and dry with nice bitter note throughout. I can see it working extremely well on a hot summer day. Made great Bellinis.
