  • Colour: pale gold to medium straw, legs are slow, no sediment
Nose: pinapple, orange zest and grapefruit, peach and papaya, mint, slightly creamy, incredibly complex and explosive nose, devolops some smoke and slight petrol with air
Mouth: dense, good structure of acidity, still very compact and slightly closed, white currant, lime, citrus
Finish: salty, lime, grapefruit, juicy, very long and mouthwatering freshness

An outstanding dry Spätlese, highest buy recommendation, a world class wine at this price point of just 25 € at the estate, feels still quite young and this will probably age exceptionally well
