A little tight and I thought showing a little oak at first but C didn’t find that. Quick decant helped it opened up. Very tasty but I think will really blossom in another year or two.

Stet has a great tasting note on this, agree with all. This is still a bit young, but this will be great in a few years. This is my favorite Chard from Ceritas

Color: light gold Nose: very nicely round and intense, with fennel pollen, lemon zest, toasted hazelnut, incense, seashell, beach. On opening there is stone fruit here too, white peach, but that is lost after about an hour Palate: medium-high acidity and medium-full body. Dense. It had gravity for sure. Confirms the nose adding a brown butter and a fennel note. Umani and salty Finish: medium-long
This i think will be an absolute banger in a few years. It is very promising but also quite biting today. It has complexity and it changes on you which i consider s sign of a great wine. I recommend, today, letting it breathe for about an hour. Don't serve it too cold.

Young, high acidity, tight, citrus and lemon peel. Started to put on weight with aeration. Hold for a few more years.

Everyone including non-white drinkers enjoyed this. Flavorful and not oak driven
