  Held this for a year after purchase, and am so glad I did. It is drinking beautifully now, and has lots of Cabernet typicity. Aromas of currant, plum, graphite, and licorice are all echoed on the palate. In the flavors hints of herbs and a nice spark of green pepper keep the wine lively and interesting. Never becomes too vegetal, however, with all that red and purple fruit continuing through the aftertaste. Not a hugely long finish, but what there is is quite nice. Great reminder of how good Cabernet can be if you let the grape do the work. Highly recommended at around $20. Current release is 07. Based on this I'd recommend holding it back until 2011-2013.

  Decanted for one hour. Very similar to some Justin Cab's flavor profile that we've had. Fun wine. Tons of fruit...almost entered fruit bomb territory after another hour open...but that is OK with me once in a while ;-)

  Wonderful body. Gorgeous garnet color...after an hour open, lovely chocolate earth nose and a some spice on the palate. One of the better Cabs I've had lately. Will definitely drink again
