  The other bottle of the two (see my tasting note below). as the previous bottle, however, with a litte 'but', because I noticed the first modest sign of age (in the acidity); still an adorable champagne.

  Some days ago I found two bottles of the '13 vintage in my cellar; never tasted before. A very refined wine, a tad less concentration than the '12 and slightly riper than the '16. Very pure, a very elegant wine with a superb citrus backbone, balanced from the start to the lasting aftertaste...and not to forget, a very subtle mousse.
