  Strong and substantial herbaceous notes, on the nose and the palate! Translucent orange-red colour, smooth and soothing, drinking very nicely now!

  Spectacular nose of white truffle, sage, white pepper and dried cherry. All secondary and tertiary flavors on the palate, but, still in the tail end of the drinking window. Needs a slight decant.

  some seepage on an otherwise waxy-firm cork. translucent reddish, floral, "feminine" bright red fruit with totally resolved tannins. At peak
