  Declining. Mushrooms, soy sauce, old leather. A slight hint of chery and orange peel. Bet it was nice 5 or so years ago.

  Still strongly dark red for such old Chianti - fragrant with cherry and cedar - soft but with acid backbone in the palate - very lovely
