Deep golden colour, good sweetness offset by the bubbles to give it lightness. Delicious, surprising and well worth the wait! Probably the best (sadly also the last) of my 6 bottles.
Deep gold colour, very fine mousse. Honeyed, spiced, creamy palate, with a firm, crisp finish. Very, very good and amazingly fresh and 'together' (courtesy of Ruth Ford)

Burnt aromas, old bread, the stuff aged champagne is made of. Very good.

Fresh, lively, still bubbly. Rich, pear fruit and a slightly sweet finish. Definitely alive and kicking. Good wine

Nice color, very fine, very elegant, lots of bubbles are still there. Was fine with a "soufflé au Comté".
