  Opened and decanted for 2 hours prior to tasting. Garnet / brick colour. Moderate nose showing spice / liquorice and a touch of sweetness. Medium sweet to the taste, the palate showed smooth acidity, with herbal and savoury nuances on the palate. Nil tannins evident, and I don't think the wine was the worse for that. Medium finish. Nice drinking, but I suggest sooner rather than later.
