The one under screcap was more precise, concise, primary and fruity. The one under cork had some musty, basement, automnal notes. Both great, but the one under screwcap was my preference.

Sealed with cork. Rich black fruit on the nose. A really rich palate. Definitely showing its 15% alcohol. Nowhere near as ready and drinkable as the screwcap version.

Dark; classic blast of super-ripe dark fruits; rich fruit, power-packed; dense. well proportioned. This is a long distance runner

Past peak - bright acidity overpowers the fruit at this point. Not much happening on the nose. (bottle had cork closure vs screw closure)

Both were very good, drinking well with time in hand. The bottle under cork was marginally fresher/tighter.
