Wow! This is great! Aromas of apples, lemons, grass, beautiful wet stones, cloves, slight oak, and merengue. The flavor is surprisingly oaky for the little contact that it did get. Somewhat viscous and buttery but with a wonderful fruit and mineral balance. Fantastic!!!!

Napa Offline and a whole bunch of wine, mostly Syrah (Napa Valley Wine & Cigar): I love this wine. It is ageing just beautifully. With all of the wines I had never tasted I almost skipped this. I am glad I didn't. It is sorry to think this is no longer going to be made. This is just so special and I have posted many notes on it. Green/gold in color. The nose is pure, no grassiness, just lovely limes and a hint of papaya. Rich and juicy. Great balance. starting to unwind and show real complexity. Still the best non-French Sauvignon Blanc I have ever had.

Beautifully clean and refreshing, creamy yet cut with a nice citrus acidity. Lots of tropical fruit, melon, grapefruit, candied lemon/lime zest...creamy vanilla bean oil, honeysuckle florals, some spice kick...and when the wine warms, you get great mineral stones as well. The last of 4 bottles....always a great wine.

13.8% ABV. This particular bottle seemed clearer than some past bottles that had a slight haze resulting from not being filtered. Perhaps time has allowed it to settle. High toned tropical fruit with subtle saline on the nose. Medium bodied and delicious with tangy sweet lemon and passionfruit(?). Dig it.
