  Past its prime but still okay. Now lighter than before and lost some fruit. Tertiary notes are not there yet.

  Same as previous notes, however this bottle must have had some secondary fermentation as it was slightly fizzy on opening. This disappeared on night 2.

  Wet sawdust, strawberry, meats, a touch of smoke on the nose. Palate is smooth, soft, dominated by ripe cherry, with the sawdust and smoke underneath. A little acidic bite before the decently long, floral finish.
