Found this last bottle in my cellar. Very consistent with my prior notes but it is quite remarkable how well this held up and even gained some complexity with the years. Impressive effort for $20!

rich blackberry, mocha, black tea, spice, great acidity, round tannins, and a med-long finish. this is still going strong and will even cellar for a couple more years without deterioration

I am not experienced enought with pinot noir to give this wine an honest rating. PnP, the initial nose was of dark fruit, perhaps dried cranberries, also got a faint scent of freshly-paved-asphalt and party balloons, the latter two "burned off" after the wine opened up in the glass. I did not care for the high alcohol at first however after it sat in the glass for a while some of it burned off. Overall I didnt dislike this wine however I will not purchase again.

Wow, was I surprised by this wine. Decanted in glass for 15 minutes, served slightly chilled. Slightly darker in color than typical PN from this region. Super aromatic nose of raspberry, strawberry, spice, a touch of forest floor, which carried through on the palate. The fruit was bright, with good balance of acidity on the finish. Paired perfectly with the cheese platter my wife put together for me. In my opinion, at $19 this is one of the best value 2007 PN coming out of the Santa Maria valley. Surprised the other tasters didn't score this higher. Give it a try if you can still find it.

Decent Red fruit bouquet and flavors, pretty crisp with medium body, medium finish and limited length. Better with food but not outstanding.
