The entry level whites made by up & coming Bibi Graetz using Vermentino grape varietal. Straw yellow, some nose of citrus, lime, floral and hints of mineral. Fairly high acidity, with strong lime & citrus character and some minerality. A simple wines with clean finish. I thought it could be an interesting wines but it turned out not so impressive. Perhaps my expectation was a bit high, but I have been drinking some really nice Chard & Riesling at similar price point.

Our 4th bottle. Fresh with crisp minerality. A nice change of pace from too many NZ sauvignon blancs. Solid 87. Enjoyed w/ portabello stuffed ravioli from Costco. Paired nicely. Great everyday sipper from an awesome winemaker.

5/15/10: Bright and clean. A little richness. Just enough weight to make it work with denser fish like halibut, but still bright and elegant enough to shine. 88
5/7/10: Bright fruit. Kind of citrusy. Good. 87-88

Salty saline sea breeze with preserved sour plum powder. Quite a savory wine.

Very nice lemon cake notes, mid-bodied, citrus peel notes and a fresh finish.
