Gourmetklubbens fyrtiofemte middag: Tema Havets läckerheter (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): Deep golden yellow colour. Mature oxidative nose showing nuts, honey, dried woods and candied fruits. Just the slightest hint of petrol. In a delicious way. Very smooth on the palate, nicely integrated honey sweetness and rounded acidity. Lovely finish showing a distinct spiciness. This is very different, but in a very lovely way. (Best 2014-2024)

Deep golden hue verging on amber. Mature, oxydative, complex aromas of honey and assorted nuts, firne, dried wood and caramel, candied lemon and orange peels, and dried fruit such as apricots and sultana raisins. There's also a hint of petrol, or perhaps rather evolved soil notes. Very smooth on the palate, with integrated, understated sweetness and rounded acidity. Obvoiusly marked by botritis, but not the least heavy. Finishes long, with focused flavours. Much underrated upon release, this is a cellar project that has paid off really well.

Deep golden colour (like beerenauslese) with some oak, well rounded flavours with good length and nice acidity but has already peaked for my taste
