Screwcap. Nose of prune and sambuca, with funky notes of mushroom and cocoa. Palate shows mouth-puckering acidity and loose, disintegrating tannin. Flavours of dried fruit (prune, raisin, apricot) and beef jerky.

Dark ruby red, Spicy nose, with plum and berry. Quite fruits forward on palate, with loads of plums and dark fruits, very little floral notes and subtle oak. Soft & approachable, medium finish with a soft tannins. This is a wine with mediocre quality although it seems more enjoyable than its Shiraz Bin 555 sibling.

Not bad, but won't buy again at C$15.
