Purple, cloudy sediment stirs up. Very fresh berry aroma after some funk blows off. Light body, fresh natural yeast with fresh raspberry on the palate.

It needs a bit of rest and then it is a nice fruit expression, natural, a hint of Brett quickly disappearing, well balanced. The bottle was gone without paying attention. Not as concentrated or deep as Sainte Epine though. Perfect time to drink it, don't need any more aging IMHO.

Black pepper, raspberry and meaty aromas. Spice driven on the palate with good acid - a touch short and watery on the finish spoils it though.
