(Jacques Puffeney Arbois Cuvée Sacha) Light lemon yellow color; butter, hazelnut, savory, mineral nose; buttery textured, tasty, very tangy, tart lemon, mineral, baked lemon palate with depth and medium acidity; medium-plus finish (nice to have a good bottle of this again; the one a few days ago with so much reduction was clearly just an anomaly)

(Jacques Puffeney Arbois Cuvée Sacha) Sulfur, reduction nose; nutty, reduction palate that exhibits just too much sulfur to be appealing; medium finish (roughly 50/50 Savagnin and Chardonnay, hence the name; I really enjoyed and bought a bottle of this several months back, so I'm hoping my bottle doesn't show the reduction that this one did)

(Jacques Puffeney Arbois Cuvée Sacha) Light lemon yellow color; intriguing, baked lemon, smoke, browned butter, baked apple nose; complex, baked lemon, browned butter, apple betty, smoke, mineral palate with tangy acidity; long finish (should be awesome with some smoky charcuterie)
