Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • White flowers and oyster shell greets the nose along with some quite ripe orchard fruits. There is a high glycerol feel to the palate with a chalky spine and it literally bursts and crackles with energy as the acidity pulls all of the ripeness into line. I’m ‘teething at the bit’ to try the rest of the Fevre 1er Cru line-up that lie nervously in my drinks fridge.
