This wine was outstanding. Amazing finish. Bright fruit, layered flavors and balanced perfectly. Cannot believe how good this is at 10 years old

These are some conservative drinking windows on CT. Popped and poured. Started off with a bit of flunk, and after 10-15 minutes it disappeared. It left plenty of dusty red and black fruit left on the nose. Oak. Smooth tannins but lacking some acidity. Lots of oak with finish of old leather and wood. Nothing that would make me think it was over the hill.

drinking really well now. ripe like an old Bordeaux, not an overwhelming zinfandel at all. Ridge delivers as always.

I definitely waited too long to open this wine. It was 'ok'. I probably would not go out searching for this wine BUT, if it turned up again on my table, I would surly drink it...
