  • Remarkably fresh. Some mineral reduction, along with white peach and green melon fruits. Tight, complex, layered, linear and long.

  • So this has almost nothing in common with the bottle drunk last week. The color is a fuller golden. Beautiful yellow plum fruit, river willows and lime zest influence the nose. Mature and fresh with a serious flavor profile. Long. Significant bottle variation. (94)

  • Light golden color. Bit of pear fruit commingles with crushed rocks and a bit of chalk. Not going to know you out with complexity but solid and very fresh for a 16 year old wine. Very stony palate. Some yellow plum fruit but it’s a bit anemic. Delicious with smoked salmon which adds some needed fat. Was hoping for a bit more. (89)

  • White gold. Mute nose for about an hour then stony white fruit and schist with faint apple core and grapefruit. Pure, refreshing citrus and granny apple on the palate with nice grip at the end. Nicely acidic and spiny. Firm structure. Longer finish of grippy stone and tart white peach.

  • Medium yellow. Quite fresh, almost surprisingly so, offering nuanced but somewhat subtle aromas of green and yellow apple, valencia orange, blanched almond, lemon and minerals. Medium+ bodied on the palate, expansive, and mouthfilling in texture. The orchard fruit and mineral driven flavors show a touch of development but also great intensity finishing on a slightly floral note.
