  Perhaps the perfect Kabinett. Ready in 375. I began my German riesling journey long ago with 1983s from Müeller and Prüm and since then, while I prefer old sweeter prädikat wines, have come to enjoy greatly the chiseled excellence of Schaefer, Haart, Selbach, Donnhoff as well as Prüm and Müeller.But the latter, along with Keller, has become an investment darling and is now no longer worth the ridiculous cost. So as I opened this penultimate of 12, I expected th same pleasant and fine experience and was bowled over by the true essence of what great Kabinett should be: lighter than air, with that sneaky attack that comes in waves of floral complexity, hints of the ripe tropical fruit that comes with later ripening wines, the pretty acid backbone that marries so well, the golden color and that wonderful nose of a fresh river, soil and citrus.

  This 375 is definitely ready to enjoy at the Müller fullest. The Scharzhofberger lighter-than-air elegance shone through, with green leaf notes , lemon acid, some deep minerality and a nice soft palate. Not as chiseled as some vintages and the acid backbone was slightly less persistent .Drink now.

  Amazingly complex herbal nose, so satisfying and pure. Sweet on the palate, a bit more viscous than ideal but delicious and rich.

  香气里陈年的痕迹就已显明，蜂蜡、奶油包裹着西柚、血橙、咸柠檬、熟到微带氧化的苹果、西番莲，还有一点点碎木，香气上比较简明。入口酸甜比拿捏得当，融合度已经很高，各种维度都比较适中，饱满度相对高一些，但似乎也没有太突出的方面，蜂蜜、蜡质、苹果脯、果脯和咸柠檬的背景上衬着血橙、西柚之类的果味，中后段一直有股柑橘核咬破后释放的苦感。91/100
