Started out a bit worrying thought it might be flawed, sewage? Blew away with some time in the decanter, no detailed notes, light feel, forest floor, mushrooms, light strawberry, drinkable, but starting to fade

Really nice aged Burg. We all really liked this. minimal sediment. 2nd to last bottle from a mixed lot of older wine from this producer. Good value too. RG91.

Grippy fruit, lots of strawberries on the nose, still some tannins with white pepper, tree bark, and a kick of spice on the mid palate. Nice finish. Lots of life left.

After an hour decant, beautifully perfumed pipe-tobacco nose. Sturdy and masculine with tart red fruit. No rating because of brett contamination but still drinkable and enjoyable.

Michel & Marc Rossignol Vertical: This was immediately approachable. Sure there was some must but it blew off quickly. Taut fruit but very soft tannins.
After decanting it became much earthier. Though the fruit was never lost.
