  On night one this was fresh, alive, dybamic. A couple nights later (preserved in the fridge in a cylinder) this was even more alive but with a deep dark smokiness that was not present night one. A fabulous auction purchase for $20 or so!

  Still going strong. Easy drinking pinot still dominated by a mix of red and dark fruit. Ample acidity. Still a step above $10-15 pinots.

  I originally thought to consume my last of this wine asap in 2015. I don't think that there is a big rush, and this wine will be very good over the next 2 years.
  
  The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and strawberry jam. It tastes like blueberry, raspberry and black currant (cassis). The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

  Loved it. Intense, fruit (berry) forward and a bit jammy for a pinot. Still a little undeveloped in the bottle. I tend to disagree with the community on this one, it needs some time. 2-3 years. I am waiting another 2 years for my next one.
