Decent fruit (Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurtz, Pinot Blanc) and acid, but I disliked the flavor in the finish - like burnt oak. This was m y second or third bottle.

I didn't care for this wine shortly after I acquired it, but the years have rounded out the flavors for a more harmonious wine. It has developed rich fruit flavors with good body and a clean finish. The four different grapes have no doubt contributed to its complexity (Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurtz, and Pinot Blanc).

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of camphor, apricot, a hint of grass and a bit of graham cracker. Flavors of yellow pears, lemon, lime and apricot. Medium to bright acidity, medium body. Drink over the next two years.
