Medium yellow. A touch of honey on the nose does not prepare you for a completely dry, somewhat austere wine with powerful ending minerality. Typical Chenin texture although slightly lighter weight than many. Shaped much more like a Savennieres than a Vouvray, but very pure without any of the funky, wooly elements. Well made wine which I enjoyed.

Textbook Chenin on the nose. Really nervous and shrill. More about minerality. Alcohol a little awkward. (13% I think)
