Agree with previous note! Young, structured, not sweet (for port), complex with earth black cherry, loamy notes and dark chocolate. Full body and length on the finish. Drank over 4 nights with little evolution. Stellar - loved it. Why not classic?
I don't have enough experience with Port. I've tasted a few like vintage Warres, Fonseca, TF, but they were very old and very complex. I think it will be but for now very primary. Great, great winter night Port!!!

Generally a non declared vintage, this single Quinta offering is still extremely young and should be held for another 2-3 years. Full bodied, dark bright ruby. Lots of structure and oak, neither of which has completely integrated. Not overly sweet, displaying a tinge of dry black fruits: dark ripe cherry, dark sweet plums, juicy blackberry, sweet chocolate, some black tea, and earthiness in the background. The ingredients are there, but needs some additional time to fully integrate. Solid finish.
