(Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling Columbia Valley) An aromatic wine with floral notes, honey, red apple, jasmine, and tropical fruit. The palate is rich with fruit and sugar, beautifully accented by acidity. Walks the balance beam almost perfectly. Residual Sugar 8.4%, pH 2.97, TA: 0.78. 9% alcohol. 90,000 cases produced.

We used this as a dessert wine it is so sweet - too sweet to go well with most meals. Decent enough in that role, but nothing to write home about.

A bit too sweet to go with most food, but makes a decent dessert wine, which is how we used the second half of the bottle.
