Final of 6 bottles purchased...last consumed ~3 yrs ago. A very nice and slightly more rounded version of Chablis, from a slightly warmer year. Lemon curd, chalk, and some honey lending to the rounder mouthfeel. Less bright than in colder vintages, but this is tasty. Drink now, not likely to improve further.

A lovely Chablis, from a warmer vintage, so the pear and peach fruits come out to play, with a hint of lime and some reserved richness on the decidedly delicious finish. Lingering citrus note on the palate for quite some time after swallowing, this wine is drinking beautifully now and will do so through 2024...but alas, I like my Chablis on the bright side, so I'll drink my remaining bottle before 2020.

Slightly more oak that I like in a steely Chablis. This is otherwise a correct, very tasty Chablis, with notes of lime, green apple, chalk and a dash of honey on the medium length, zingy finish. Old drinking window ended at 2024, I am bumping this up to 2020 or sooner.

May have picked this as an aged HV Semillon if served blind! Lovely, smooth flow of honey, hay, honeysuckle.

A bit too much oak on this Chablis.
